As a Change Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the field, I was particularly drawn to Taligens' Conversational Spaces for Change learning program. This program offered a refreshing and novel perspective on change, addressing the shortcomings and challenges I had observed in more rigid, linear, and process-driven change methodologies.
Through the program, I developed a new vocabulary to better explain the non-linear, embodied and emergent nature of mindset and behaviour change. This vocabulary has been instrumental in building support within my organization for more intentional, human centered change practices.
This course honed my capability to effectively, and empathetically navigate conversations aimed at facilitating change with a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders.
