Adriana Rapolla

Adriana Rapolla

With 20 years across Information Technology, Psychology, and Executive Education, Adriana helps organizations transform — moving projects past short-term wins while embedding the capabilities that make change last. She has led long-term programs across the world; her multilingual fluency and sensitivity to diverse cultures have been central to that global reach.

Adriana studied Information Technology at Universidad de Morón in Buenos Aires, where she grew up, with later coursework in Psychology and Education in the US. She holds certifications in Change Management (PROSCI), Project Management (PMP), Emotional Intelligence (Six Seconds), and Coaching (CoachU/ICF). She co-founded ACMP Houston after joining ACMP Global at its founding in 2011. Adriana lives in Houston, Texas.

Joe Bickson

Joe Bickson

Joe partners with leaders at all levels, from the board to the front line, to add traction to their strategic initiatives and bring valuable changes to their organizations. He has worked across sectors ranging from industrial gas, engineering and construction, architecture, financial services, apparel and retail, shipping, and energy. He currently co-leads Scale Up program at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, helping founders building early ventures scale themselves and their companies.

Outside client work, Joe serves as President of the British Columbia Organization Development Network. Earlier in his career he was part of innovation labs and incubators in civic and social-impact entrepreneurship, and co-founded a venture in sustainable waste management. He holds a B.A. in Communications and Dialogue from Simon Fraser University and lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Ricardo Monardez

Ricardo Monardez

With a managerial and business background, Ricardo designs and implements strategic change in organizations large and small, lifting performance through cultural alignment. An organizational development practitioner, senior consultant, executive coach, and workshop leader, he has worked across financial services, manufacturing, and automotive — on projects ranging from commercial development to IT/systems deployment, Business Process Redesign, and Post-Merger Integration.

Before joining Taligens, Ricardo was Global Director of Organizational Development for a large US manufacturer — first in Europe, then at global headquarters — overseeing OD and Talent Management across the US, China, India, Latin America, and Europe. He holds an M.Arch. from the University of Chile and has lived and worked in Mexico and Europe; he now lives in Houston, Texas.

Sarah Cove

Sarah Cove

Driven by trust and customer-centered purpose, Sarah has mobilized large-scale transformation programs across the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa — in utilities, technology, logistics, O&G, and manufacturing. She builds high-trust environments where change can hold, embedding new operating models, roles, and practices into business-as-usual until they become the norm.

Outside client work, Sarah follows emerging trends in innovative technologies, regeneration, workforce development, and sustainability. She is President of Capital IDEA Houston, which funds educational pathways for underemployed adults, and serves on the Southwest Regional Board of UNICEF USA. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University and lives in Houston, Texas.
