Our History

Since its founding in Houston, Texas in 2008, The Taligens Group has been passionate about creating lasting and impactful change in organizations, and about thrilling our customers along the way.
            
Beginning with a focus on change management and learning, The Taligens Group has grown to look holistically at how people and organizations transform to meet large strategic challenges. From opening leaders to expanded horizons of possibilities, to aligning leadership teams around a strategy fit for their organization and culture, to mobilizing that strategy across the organization, we help position organizations for future success.

Over our history, we have served over 100 organizations worldwide, providing customized client solutions in over 40 countries. We have worked with leaders and teams to affect change in organizations ranging from global multinationals to local non-profits.
            
We recognize that the world is undergoing seismic shifts. Much of what we took for granted in the past will be transformed in the process. We understand that change can be overwhelming for many.
