Adriana Rapolla

Adriana is an accomplished professional with 20 years of experience and a background in Information Technology, Psychology, and Executive Education.

She is passionate about helping organizations transform, from developing change management strategies that help a project meet short-term objectives, to embedding transformational capabilities into the organizational culture and creating sustainability. Adriana has successfully implemented long-term projects throughout the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, China, and Africa. Her multilingual abilities, understanding, and sensitivity to diverse cultures have been fundamental in her success with global endeavors.

Adriana serves on the Board of PSST, a non-profit Arts organization that seeks to develop the world through a different set of sensitivities. She also has been a member and volunteer of ACMP Global since its creation in 2011 and has co-founded and served on the Board of ACMP Houston.
  
Adriana studied Computer Science at Universidad de MORON in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she grew up; completed courses in Psychology and Education in the US, and holds certifications on Change Management (PROSCI), Project Management (PMP), Emotional Intelligence Assessment and Coaching (Six Seconds), and Coaching (CoachU/ICF). 

Ricardo Monardez

Ricardo brings a strong managerial and business background to his work as a consultant, specializing in the design and implementation of strategic change initiatives in organizations large and small, focused on increasing performance through cultural alignment.

He is an expert organizational development practitioner, an internationally experienced senior consultant, executive coach and workshop leader. His broad industry experience ranges from financial services, to manufacturing, to automotive; having led several high-level projects dealing with a wide spectrum of business challenges, from commercial development, to complex IT/Systems deployment, Business Process Redesign, and Post Merger Integration. 

Prior to joining Taligens, Ricardo was Global Director of Organizational Development for a large US manufacturer, first in Europe and then at the Global Headquarters, overseeing the full range of OD and Talent Management efforts across all geographies, from the US, to China, to India, to Latin America and Europe. 

Ricardo holds a M.Arch. Degree from the University of Chile. His career has taken him to live and work in Mexico, the US and Europe.

Sarah Cove

With a passion for creating purpose-driven environments centered around trust and focused on customers,  Sarah has mobilized large-scale transformation programs in the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa and across a variety of industries including utilities, technology, logistics, O&G and manufacturing.

Sarah seeks to cultivate high-trust environments to make the change sustainable; embedding in new operating models, roles, practices, and habits into the business-as-usual to make the change a reality. Sarah is actively engaged in conversations and activities around emerging global trends - such as innovative technologies and regeneration - and their impacts on corporations and organizations ; workforce development and economic mobility in both urban and rural centers; and how to create an environmentally, financially, and socially sustainable world.

She serves as President of the Board for Capital IDEA Houston, a non-profit that invests in underemployed adults by funding educational pathways to attain thriving careers and financial self-sufficiency. Sarah also serves on the Southwest Regional Board of UNICEF USA, a global humanitarian organization working in the world’s most challenging environments to relentlessly pursue a more equitable world for every child.

Sarah holds a B.A. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University, and lives in Houston, Texas.
